meeting someone whose title will be liaison and community educator.
Here is a little background. My name is Lisa. I am a nurse, turned
nurse practitioner, and turned nurse entrepreneur. Across every
chapter of my career, one truth became impossible to ignore: Every
morning, 10,000 baby boomers become senior citizens. As you open
your door to start your door, those ten thousand doors also swing
open and behind those doors are families quietly facing aging,
illness, uncertainty, and a change in health and wellness. Not
emergencies in the dramatic sensebut moments that matter deeply . A
fall. A diagnosis. A worried daughter. A devoted spouse trying to
do everything right. Families dont need more brochures from senior

to join me as our Liaison and Community Educator . This Role Is

concierge, non-medical caregiving and geriatric wellness
organization serving high profile families who value dignity,
excellence, and thoughtful planning. As our Liaison & Community
Educator, you will be the face, heart, and voice of our mission in
the community. You will: Educatenot sell Connectnot convince Build
trustone relationship at a time, one family at a time, one doctor's
office at a time, one retirement community at a time. This Role Is

bridge between the community and our internal care team Helping
families understand what support can look likebefore crisis hits
