Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, and car wash (if applicable).
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, ensuring maximum sales and minimizing loss through effective inventory management.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform cross-checks on delivered goods for accuracy and distribute them in an orderly manner throughout the store.
  • Observe local law requirements for fueling vehicles and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.Requirements
    • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
    • Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.Benefits
