You're Excited AboutUSBecause You Will...

-Work directly with hotel guests by welcoming them in an enthusiastic and professional manner, answering questions and responding to requests.

-Register hotel guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining information and signatures.

-Effectively deals with internal and external customers, some of who may require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger.

-Maintain accuracy of cash banks. Balances funds and provides change.

-Be empowered to creatively resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority.

We're Excited AboutYOUBecause...

-You have guest service or customer service experience.

-You have basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

-If working the night shift, you have obtained or are willing to obtain (within 30 days of employment) RBS - (Responsible Beverage Service) alcohol awareness certification.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expectedhourly rate for this position is $18.00. The actualrate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
