  • Maintain positive job margin through project completion
  • Manage project team in collaboration with project superintendent
  • Estimation review and budget management
  • Heavy contract compliance
  • Drive, develop and cultivate long term relationships with Client, Architects and Subcontractors
  • Provide timely, transparent reporting
  • Partner with Superintendent to keep project on or ahead of scheduleQualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
    • 3+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
    • Prior experience with ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments)
    • Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications.
