We're very proud to have products that are loved by our customers, resulting in us being listed as the .Senior Coder - AI Operations (Remote)SuperAnnotate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coder - AI Operations (Sr.) Associate to lead the operational execution of complex coding projects related to our cutting-edge LLM and Gen AI data solutions for enterprise clients. This role is designed for a senior coder with a strong background in a popular programming language, who will now leverage that technical expertise to own the operational execution for complex coding projects. You will be responsible for designing coding data roadmaps and leading a large team of 100+ coder contractors to successfully deliver on these initiatives.The candidate must be able to maintain Eastern Time working hours.Key Responsibilities:-Project Execution Leadership: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of complex coding projects by large coder contractor teams-Operational Ownership & KPI Management: Own operational KPIs for quality, quantity, and timelines.-Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, mentor, and scale a large team (100+) of coder contractors. Foster a high-performance culture, ensure quality output, and implement effective communication and feedback mechanisms.-Quality Assurance Oversight: Define and enforce quality assurance protocols and best practices for coding projects.-Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify and resolve operational and technical challenges within coding projects.
