Job Description:
Executive Experiences Coordinator 1393200A leading video, audio,
and voice technologies company is seeking a talented and
enthusiastic Executive Experiences Coordinator to support the
Experiential Marketing team with the planning and execution of
high-impact executive experiences and events at our headquarters in
San Francisco and at targeted off-site events such as the Emmys and
Oscars. The candidate will work with passionate experts and
contribute to the creation of unforgettable experiences for
high-profile external partners and customers, showcasing the
company's technologies through executive experiences, customer and
corporate events, and cinema.Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company

- 40 hours/week, 6-Month assignment (possible
extension)Responsibilities:
- Assist and/or lead planning and logistics for Executive and
Customer Briefing Experiences, including coordination of
demonstrations, meetings, and other logistics.
- Coordinate internal and customer/partner events, including
receptions in the atrium and cinema screenings for studio and film
festival partners, as well as internal teams.
- Help plan and coordinate off-site event activations, including
executive awards weekends and tradeshows.
- Provide guidance and support for events produced by various
business and community organizations.
- Maintain and optimize operations processes and procedures.
- Assist with basic operations of living room and mobile demo
technologies.
- Support event metrics collection and reporting.Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in events, customer service, or
hospitality.
- Experience in strategic events, customer engagement,
communications, marketing, or media.
- Experience with executive briefings and strategic customer
events.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and
management.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Interest in consumer technology and entertainment (films/music)
is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams,
Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude to learn tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro,
event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about events and guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused during
high-pressure moments.
- Desire to learn, grow, and innovate.
- Self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Shift:
- Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule
- Occasional evenings and weekends work required
- Overtime may occur upon request and approval based on business
needs
