Collaborate with the SVP/ Payments, the VP/ Payments, and Card Services Manager to meet goals, analyze costs and provide historical data. Provide excellent service to all Members, volunteers, internal team members and service providers.Product Support

• Evaluate and prepare detailed monthly credit card portfolio analysis including historical peer comparison, and quarterly reporting requirements.
• Recommend strategies to increase card penetration and utilization based on current trends.
• Develop and prepare card segmentation reports for use in optimizing interchange income.
• Present monthly credit and debit card analysis and recommendations to RCU management to assist in long- and short-term decision-making.
• Serve as a resource to RCU management to better understand Visa Credit and Debit card portfolio data.
• Independently work with RCU departments to implement new Visa products supporting growth and profitability.
• Prepare data and submit Visa Quarterly Operating Certificate.
• Conduct thorough analysis and make recommendations to senior leadership for quarterly credit line adjustments and semi-annual rate adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to improve Rewards bonus and incentives.
• Use Visa Data Manager to identify trends and opportunities with debit and credit cards.
• Use Federal Reserve Board reporting to analyze inflows and outflows of ACH transactions and upcoming real-time transactions through FedNow.
• Assist with implementing opportunities identified by Visa consulting initiative for optimizing authorization rates.
• Assist with implementing systems to support business services in Payment department.
• Recommend strategies to increase card penetration and utilization based on current trends.Special Projects
  • Provide analytical support for decision making during large card compromises.
  • Work with critical vendors to implement annual Visa credit portfolio analysis.
  • Perform research and analysis to compare operating efficiencies to those of peer financial institutions.
  • Collect and prepare information for both internal and external card audits.
  • Independently work with RCU vendor's providing data for new products and regulatory changes.Compensation:Base salary $32.17 - 42.40 hourly. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
