Job Description:
Our client in the Wine and Hospitality space is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team in Napa, CA.
Our client is looking for a partner on their journey to become the
most sophisticated recruiting team in the Napa Valley.
This role will be responsible for the development of strategic
talent acquisition initiatives as well as own the full cycle
recruitment process. In this role, you will partner with the VP of
HR to create strategic hiring plans, develop recruitment
advertising campaigns, assist and lead employee retention and
development initiatives, as well as collaborate with various
stakeholders to ensure best hiring practices. This person will also
be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System as well
as using metrics and data to identify opportunities for
improvement. This role will be in-office 2-3 days per week. We are
seeking someone with 5-7 years of recruiting experience. The client
will provide relocation for the position for US based
candidates.
