You're Excited AboutUSBecause You Will...
-Directly lead the daily Bell operations to ensure guest
satisfaction through the Coordination of day-to-day workflow, team
member training, and providing input into performance
evaluations.
-Ensure effective staffing and scheduling based on Guest
Occupancy.
-Ensure Bell Staff greets and opens doors for arriving/departing
guests and assists with loading/unloading baggage.
-Ensure vehicles are parked efficiently and properly tagged with
accurate guest information. Maintains security of vehicles and
vehicle keys. Communicates parking procedures to
guests/visitors.
-Coordinate group room drops to verify selected guest(s) receive
their amenity at the arranged time.
-Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise
refers the matter to management.

-You have a least two or more years of related experience. One year
of experience as a supervisor desired.
-You have a valid drivers' license in good standing with a clean
driving record.
-You have the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
-You have the ability to lead others in the department by mentoring
and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds
guest expectations and provides a high level of guest
satisfaction.
-You have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry
out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the
business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on
holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
The expectedhourly rate for this position is $16.00. This is a
tipped position. The actualrate offered will be at the sole
discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience,
qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time
team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental
insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational
reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick
leave.
