You're Excited AboutUSBecause You Will...

-Help guests select food and beverages by providing information about available selections.

-Enter orders to the POS system and records guests' choices, special dietary needs, and special requests.

-Prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders, and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation. Prepares food items according to recipes. Ensures guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficiently.

-Operate a cash register and receives payment from customers in cash, credit card, or room accounts.

-You have at least one year of food service or Barista experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.

-You possess a basic knowledge of food and coffee preparation, service standards of the comparable hotel, guest relations, and etiquette.

-You have the ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions.

-You have a valid current Food Handlers Card or are willing to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expectedhourly rate for this position is $15.50 plus tips. The actualrate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
