This hybrid multi facet role is an exciting position in which the
Scheduler/Analyst/Buyer gets to decide the most efficient way to
run a production job while meeting customer expectations and
demands. As the main connection between production and sales, this
position needs to understand both sides of the operations business
needs. Makes realistic commitment to customers while also
encouraging production team members to improve current lead
Maintain close relationships and open communication between other
members of the team including production, prepress, planning,
customer service, sales, and purchasing.
When schedule conflicts arise, the scheduler is responsible for
communicating with other departments to help drive

quality, and customer service in mind.
Review orders from the planning department to ensure they are
