Vintner's Collective | Napa Valley is a group of small,
family-owned wineries. We are looking for a detail-oriented,
organized, and level-headed individual to assist part-time at our
office location in downtown Napa, 20-25 hours per week. The
qualified candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously, interact with many different people daily, and have
a positive attitude and sense of humor. This position is weekdays
and may also require one weekend afternoon per month. Within the
week there is great flexibility in terms of start-time, specific
days, and hours worked per day.
Screen and handle correspondence and telephone calls
Proofread all digital and printed sales+marketing materials
Assist with wine club credit card declines with outreach to
customers via phone and email
Manage tasting appointment calendar
Open daily mail and distribute
Follow up on credit card chargebacks
Communicate and coordinate with a wide range of vendors
Administer gift donation program
Provide administrative support to the owners
Interact with all Vintners and customers via email or phone
Help coordinate end of year gift giving.
General errands include bank deposits, post office, FedEX,
Tasting Room, DMV, picking up breakfast/lunch or other
Maintain office supplies inventory and replenish as needed.
Coordinate special projects and events as needed
Coordinate with wineries for monthly events; food,
entertainment, plus setup
Create cost analysis after events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem solving
Exceptional interpersonal skills, telephone manners, and
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a high
attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines
A great sense of humor
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have and maintain a CA Driver's license.
