Flexible hours and days!4 hours per day, 4-5 days per week with the potential to become a full-time role.Responsibilities:High volume sales order processing, international container tracking, domestic/international freight logisticsGenerate domestic & international bills of lading, schedule/track shipments, audit/match shipping invoicesManage/track inventory for multiple productsGeneral administrative duties as needed (post office runs, reporting/administrative work for management, data entry, scanning, filing, answering phones, ordering office supplies, etc.)Communicate professionally in person/via phone/via email with management, sales team, clients, suppliers (both in the US and in France), shipping carriers, warehouses, vendorsCreate and analyze reports through excel, accounting system and Google Docs/sheets
