We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior New Accounts/Client Services Representative in Napa. In this position, you will be assisting clients in their selection of various accounts and financial services, cross-selling the Bank's products and services, opening, maintaining and closing of all account types and performing branch clerical duties. You will also be promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff for new services. You will be responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and client services duties; accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processing loan payments; cashing checks and savings withdrawals; assisting with night depository duties. The position requires you to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of new accounts, teller, vault, safe deposit and branch operations, and is expected to provide leadership, training and support to less experienced tellers and other staff members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years banking teller experience and 3 years of experience in opening consumer and business accounts. We offer great benefits.
