Job Description Job Description About the Role LHH is currently
recruiting for a law firm in the Greater Nashville, TN area. This
position entails supporting high-volume litigation involving auto
liability, premises liability, professional liability, and general
insurance defense claims. Key Responsibilities Manage case files,
deadlines, court calendars, IMEs, depositions, and EUOs Draft and
respond to discovery; coordinate document production and maintain
privilege logs Collect, organize, and summarize medical and billing
records Prepare trial notebooks, deposition summaries, subpoenas,
and exhibit lists Handle e-filings across state and federal courts
Communicate with insurers, adjusters, clients, and expert witnesses
Qualifications Required: 2 years of insurance defense litigation
experience; strong discovery and medical-record review skills;
familiarity with TN and federal court rules Preferred: Paralegal
certificate; experience with litigation budgets and carrier
reporting guidelines Benefits: Depending on the specific client,
