Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management
or related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical
products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution,
end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience developing AI and Security
technologies to define technical product features. Preferred
qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related
field. 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering
technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience in
security, AI/ML, risk management and anti-abuse prevention.
Understanding the evolving landscape of security risks in the AI
context including agentic workflows. Excellent partnership skills
with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes stakeholder

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Define and support the end-to-end product strategy
and multi-year roadmap for AI Security within Search. Drive a
comprehensive AI security awareness for all Search developers,
fostering a culture of secure coding and proactive threat modeling
for AI-powered features. Manage the full product life-cycle for key
security initiatives, ensuring high-impact delivery and measurable
risk reduction. Collaborate with Research and Engineering to
deliver AI-powered security features that anticipate rapidly
evolving cyber threats to defend Search. Lead the team through
defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product
or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or
existing products or business ventures.
