In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, managing dispatch schedules, and ensuring efficient operations. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HYBRID ASSISTANT - PLUMBING DISPATCHER In this important role, your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling and coordination of incoming service calls. You will create and assign dispatch tickets, ensuring technicians are dispatched based on skill set and location. Throughout the day, you will update and maintain the dispatch board, forecast workloads 2 to 3 days in advance, and follow up on pending or recommended work. Additionally, you will assist with managing maintenance agreements, processing purchase orders, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with the team to ensure efficient technician coverage and accurate service completion. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HYBRID ASSISTANT - PLUMBING DISPATCHER High school diploma or equivalent 1 years of dispatching or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the plumbing industry Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan Team-oriented with strong decision-making skills under pressure WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time, hybrid position with flexible shift options, including: 7 AM to 4 PM 8 AM to 5 PM 9 AM to 5 PM Evening, night, weekend, and on-call shifts are available for this position!
