Hiscox, The Hartford, and RLI.About the role:We are seeking an
organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our
Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone
of our recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
while supporting our recruiting efforts across the organization.
This position is based onsite at our headquarters in San
Francisco.What you'll do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and
hiring teams, managing complex calendaring across multiple time
zones and departments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during
their interview process, providing a positive and professional
experience
- Arrange candidate travel and accommodations for onsite
interviews when needed
- Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate check-in
on interview day
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS, Ashby
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and
follow-up
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent
acquisition initiatives
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to improve and streamline
recruiting processes
- Provide administrative support for the broader HR and
recruiting functions as neededAbout you:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a
similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Thorough critical thinker who isn't afraid to make
decisions
- Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn
& succeed
- Bias-to-action - you're not afraid to get your hands dirty &
stretch yourself
- Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions &
results
- Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up
environments
- Ability to work in our San Francisco office 3+ days per

from companies similar to our stage and size. For this role, the
estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $93,000. The
actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique
to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge,
transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your
level during the interview process.Nirvana offers a wide range of
