  • Fun, energetic working environmentJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Director to oversee the operations of our dynamic food and beverage department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization in the sales industry, where you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, hospitality, and high-volume operations. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies for the food and beverage department to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage schedules for all food and beverage staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet demand.
    • Oversee the purchasing and procurement of all food and beverage items, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining budgetary control.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and prices to ensure the best value for the organization.
    • Manage a team of culinary staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure exceptional service is provided to our customers.
    • Oversee banquet management, ensuring all events are executed to the highest standard.
    • Continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the food and beverage department to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.Qualifications:
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
      • A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including the latest trends and best practices.
      • Proven experience in managing a team, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong vendor management skills, with a proven track record of successful negotiation.
      • Experience in managing large-scale events, with a focus on banquet management.
      • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
