seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Director to
oversee the operations of our dynamic food and beverage department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing
organization in the sales industry, where you will play a crucial
role in driving our business forward. The successful candidate will
have a strong background in food and beverage management,
hospitality, and high-volume operations. This is a permanent,
full-time position with competitive compensation and
- Develop and implement strategies for the food and beverage
department to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage
department, ensuring all operations run smoothly and
- Manage schedules for all food and beverage staff, ensuring
adequate staffing levels to meet demand.
- Oversee the purchasing and procurement of all food and beverage
items, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors,
negotiating contracts and prices to ensure the best value for the
- Manage a team of culinary staff, providing leadership,
guidance, and training to ensure exceptional service is provided to
- Oversee banquet management, ensuring all events are executed to
the highest standard.
- Continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures
within the food and beverage department to enhance efficiency and
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations,
maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage
management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a
related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including
the latest trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing a team, with excellent leadership
and interpersonal skills.
- Strong vendor management skills, with a proven track record of
- Experience in managing large-scale events, with a focus on
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think
strategically and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer
