You're Excited AboutUSBecause You Will...
-Design and prepares a wide variety of general correspondence,
memos, charts, tables, graphs, presentations and reports using
Microsoft Office applications and other software packages.
-Answer and screen all incoming phone calls, takes messages, and
field/answer routine and non-routine questions.
-Sort and distribute mail. Opens the mail forthe Managing Director
and determines the level of priority. Responds to written customer
correspondence as assigned.
-Schedule and organize a variety of activities such as meetings,
travel, and department activities.
-Assist with special or daily projects as assigned such as
coordinating tasks, disseminating information, and organizing
events.
-Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of
whom may require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to
defuse anger.
-Drive a vehicle to run errands related to business operations as
needed.

-You have earned a high school diploma or general education degree
(GED), or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
-You have two years of office administration experience in a
similar role. Hotel industry experience preferred.
-You possess a solid knowledge of customer service standards, guest
relations and etiquette.
-You have the ability and experience in successfully providing
high-level administrative support in a high volume, time-sensitive
environment.
-You have a valid drivers' license in good standing with a clean
driving record.
-You are able to work independently with minimal guidance and as
part of a team
-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the
business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on
holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The
actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company
and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset
of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance,
dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term
disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement,
and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
