The salary range for this position is $56,800 to $79,400. This is the range for this position that Andaz Napa reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.At Andaz Napa, part of World of Hyatt Lifestyle Brand, we believe our guests select Andaz for our caring and attentive colleagues who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. - We are Independent and Free-Thinkers!The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operation of the Andaz Farmers Table, Social Bar, Mercantile Terrace & Event Services. - Responsibilities include ordering, scheduling, service training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. -The ideal candidate for this role will be tasked with elevating food and beverage offerings in all outlets while enhancing service experience. - Additionally, the candidate is responsible for ensuring Hotel's operation meet Andaz brand-integrity & standards while building colleague engagement, maximizing hotel revenue, understanding guests' needs and providing an elevated experience curated for each patron. - Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills is paramount. - Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events, the successful candidate will work closely with the Hotel Chef.Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Hotel's restaurants, bars & Events.
  • Manage approved budget, concepts, marketing plans and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain Food & Beverage sales/marketing programs
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure guests satisfaction
  • Resolve guests concerns & complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
  • Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
  • Maintain Andaz standards of service and ensure their implementation
  • Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel colleagues to reflect Andaz service standards and procedures
  • Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for beverage operations
  • Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
