Our pediatric team works closely with patients and their caregivers
to support healthy growth and development from infancy through
adolescence. About the Role We are seeking a caring and
detail-oriented LVN to join our Pediatrics team. As a pediatric
LVN, you'll play a vital role in supporting providers, educating
families, and ensuring children receive safe and effective care.
You'll work within a collaborative care team, helping to coordinate
visits, administer vaccines, provide patient education, and
contribute to a positive clinic experience for every child and
family. Key Responsibilities * Administer and document vaccines and
medications accurately, following CDC guidelines for pediatric
immunizations * Monitor and document patient symptoms, treatments,
and responses in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) * Support
families with age-appropriate patient education, including growth
milestones, wellness visits, and chronic care management * Assist
with medication refills, provider orders, and coordination with
pharmacies as directed * Perform therapeutic blood withdrawal and
IV therapy if certified * Collaborate with the care team to improve
workflows and deliver consistent, high-quality pediatric care We
