Details - Home health setting serving patients throughout Morris County - Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with no weekend shifts - Candidates may be required to float to a nearby sister hospital as needed - Patient documentation is completed using Epic; prior Epic experience is preferred Requirements - Active New Jersey PT license required if applicable - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program - Home health experience required - English language proficiency required - Board certification as a specialist and experience in acute care are preferred - Epic EMR experience preferred - Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted Additional Information - Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and implementing plans of care, providing interventions, performing patient and family education, and appropriate documentation and billing - May support clinical competency development, orient new staff, and serve as a clinical instructor for students - Assigned at the main orientation location in Morristown, NJ - First-time travelers will be considered - Assignment limited to one calendar year; a break of 30-60 days is required before returning - Blue scrubs are required American Traveler Job ID P-667486.
