Physical Therapist Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,536 to $1,730 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/17/2026 About the Position Job Title PTA (Physical Therapy Asst) City/State: Rancho Cordova, California Shift: 8-hour Days, EOW, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Start Date: 03/17/2026 Job Description: The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. Responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and updating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participating in the development of the total plan of care. Responsibilities: Assessing and evaluating the home environment and therapeutic needs. Directing physical therapy treatment and instructing patients/families in care. Reporting the patient's reaction to treatment to the physician. Initiating physical therapy programs and instructing personnel. Preparing clinical and progress summaries for patient records. Requirements: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; home health experience preferred. BLS & NPI certification, CA PT license, and driver’s license with proof of insurance required. EMR HomeCare Home Base (HCHB) experience preferred. Good organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
