Start Date: 03/03/2026 Job Description: The Occupational Therapist
will work in a post-acute care setting, responsible for conducting
patient evaluations and revisits, averaging four visits per day.
Coverage area includes northeastern Sacramento into Folsom. Mileage
is billable per GSA guidelines with personal timesheets required
for tracking and approval. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations
and revisits for patients in the assigned coverage area. Maintain
accurate documentation using the Cerner charting system.
Participate in twice-monthly meetings for timesheet approvals by
home health supervisors. Requirements: Two years of experience in a
healthcare setting required. Current driver's license and proof of
automobile insurance required for home health visits. BLS and NPI
certifications required. Must hold a valid CA OT license. Two
supervisory references required at submittal, one within 12 months
and one within 3 years worked. Requirements Required for Onboarding
