Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate patient needs for physical therapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements: Valid physical therapy license in the state of California. BLS Certification.
