We're urgently looking for a Center Manager to lead our outpatient rehabilitation center in Rocklin, CA . This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee clinical operations , manage a full caseload, mentor a talented therapy team , and contribute to business growth — all while delivering exceptional patient care . Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Operations Oversee daily center operations ensuring clinical excellence Mentor and lead therapy staff and rehabilitation aides Manage scheduling, productivity, and center workflow Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies Approve payroll, PTO, and conduct evaluations Patient Care Provide direct therapy (PT/OT) and individualized care plans Accurately document treatment and supervise support staff Ensure up-to-date licensure and continuing education compliance Business & Compliance Monitor and interpret center performance metrics Support marketing efforts and referral outreach Lead internal audits and implement quality improvement initiatives ?
