Department/Unit: Telemetry Unit Shift: Night Shift 1800 - 0630 ,
36-48 hours per week, Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Salary Range: $40
- $50 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and
compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in
Telemetry to join our team in St. Helena, CA. The ideal candidate
will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a
fast-paced telemetry environment. This position offers an
opportunity to work with a supportive healthcare team while
delivering critical care to patients. Key Responsibilities: Monitor
and assess patients with cardiac conditions, interpreting telemetry
data and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate
with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Educate patients and families about their conditions,
treatment options, and health management strategies. Maintain
accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and
outcomes. Respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
promptly and effectively. Participate in quality improvement
initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of St. Helena, CA. Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing
(ADN) accepted. tele experience/float to MS;EKG, IV, Cardiac
patients Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with significant
experience in telemetry preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Benefits:
