Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a division of Community Psychiatry,
invites applications for the position of Outpatient Psychiatrist or
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an
optional focus on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). This
role is centered around delivering compassionate, patient-focused
mental health services by leveraging both therapy and advanced
medication management strategies. The ideal candidate will be
instrumental in fostering both patient and community well-being
following our ethos of personalized care. Working collaboratively
within a multidisciplinary team, this position will address a range
of mental health conditions, adopting evidence-based practices to
improve patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
and determine appropriate treatment plans. Implement pharmacologic
and psychotherapeutic treatment strategies. Optional specialization
in administering TMS therapy. Document treatment and progress in
patient records consistently. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to facilitate comprehensive care. Engage in continuous
education to stay current with mental health practices. Participate
in the training and supervision of junior staff and interns.
Expertise in psychiatric evaluation and treatment. Proficiency in
the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively
within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in administering or
willingness to train in TMS. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Licensed to practice in the state. Additional certification in TMS
is highly desirable but not required.
