Job Description:
Petaluma Valley Hospital, a small 80 bed community hospital in
northern California has an opportunity available for a full-time
Hospitalist Nocturnist, to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary
team. With a flexible no-call schedule, youll be able to experience

Petaluma, located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma County,

shifts per month. Night Shift: 6 p.m. - 7 a.m. ICU experience is a
plus. Open ICU. Shareholder opportunity in year 3 onward with

development, and out-of-pocket professional expenses (license, DEA,

Experienced Hospitalists and new graduates are welcome to apply –
mentorship opportunities available Residency/fellowship stipends up
to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Sign-on bonus and
relocation assistance available Compensation is between $295,021
and $377,352 per year Comprehensive Benefits Package: 401k – Profit
sharing plan as well as an optional cash balance plan for
shareholders HSA – including monthly contributions from the medical

and vision coverage for you and your family Short and long-term
disability and life insurance The posted salary reflects the
starting range of total compensation and may include productivity
bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED
call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash
compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME
allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please
note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State
law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
