Job Description Job Description Healthcare Date Enty Specialist Location: Saint Helena, CA Duration: 12 weeks; potential to extend or convert for reliable employees Shift: M-F 8-5 Compensation: $25-$27/hr Start Date: 1/26 Requirements: High school diploma/GED Experience in office management, admin assistant, data entry, or record handling Plusses: Healthcare experience Day to Day Job Description: The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the digitizing of medical records ahead of an upcoming EMR transition. They will gather, organize, and scan paper medical records into their system. They will also collect information for birth certificates and other outgoing patient medical records. They will assist physicians with questions surrounding discrepancies in patient charts and missing data. This is a 12-week contract starting off with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time position.
