Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Napa, CA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,518 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Northern California Start Date: ASAP Location: Napa, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio; every other weekend required; on-call duties included; may float between units as needed Highlights: Work in a 200-bed acute care hospital with a 20-bed intensive care unit Manage diverse critical care cases including CVICU, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Surgical ICU patients Epic charting system with 12 hours of orientation provided Free parking and full interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams Experience with advanced procedures such as CRRT, IABP, Impella, EVD, and post-CABG care Patient lifts available in all rooms to support safe patient handling Requirements: Valid California RN license in hand (pending licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in critical care settings Epic charting experience strongly preferred Skills in cardiovascular intensive care, neuro ICU, ventilator management, CVA/acute stroke management, and post-neurosurgery care Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Must reside outside 50-mile local radius Two supervisory references covering one year of comparable specialty experience within the last three years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to expand your critical care expertise across multiple ICU specialties in a supportive acute care environment.
