2026 Residency About Us: At our organization, the Level IV Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU) serves as a hub of healing, innovation,
and compassion. We care for an average of 88 infants daily,
addressing a variety of neonatal conditions in both premature and
full-term babies. Our 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship is
tailored to assist new graduate RNs in their transition to
professional nursing. You will receive specialized training
specific to our unit in a collaborative, family-oriented setting
where your development and confidence are our top priorities. What
You Will Experience: A thorough NICU residency program featuring
hands-on training and mentorship. Shift differential pay for night
shifts. Immediate benefits, including medical, dental, and vision
coverage. RN to BSN Bridge Program offering up to $16,000 in
support. RN Loan Forgiveness Program providing up to $20,000 over
4.5 years (must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify). Why

Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN
preferred). Experience: Previous experience as a Patient Care
Technician is preferred. License: Must hold a current RN license in
Missouri or a compact state, or be eligible to obtain one within 90
days of graduation. Certifications: BLS certification from the
