standards. Position Overview: Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: Graduate
Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Float Pool RN Hours: 36
hours per week, Night shifts Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson,

Potential Units for Floating (based on experience): Emergency
Department (ED) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Transitional Care Unit
(TCU) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) All Medical-Surgical Units Acute
Rehabilitation Behavioral Health Qualifications: Education: Must
have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s
Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is the candidate's
responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the
state of employment, including any compact licensure, and to
fulfill all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
