Registered Nurse/Case Manager: Duration:13 Weeks Shift: Day
5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Description: Registered Nurse Case Manager
coordinates patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring
quality outcomes and cost-effective treatment. They assess patient
needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams. This role involves patient advocacy, discharge planning, and
resource management. Strong communication and clinical skills are
