Job Description Dignity Health St. Josephs Medical Center in
partnership with Touro University Medical Group is looking for a
Program Director to help develop a Urology residency program. This
opportunity is in a "Privademics" setting. We are looking for
candidates with strong leadership skills, a passion for graduate
medical education, and want to join a collegial medical community
that strives for excellence. About the Opportunity - The inaugural
class of Urology residents started in July 2022 - Program has 2
residents per year - State of the art training facility - H1B
eligible facility - Must be American Board Certified or Eligible -
New program joined 8 existing residency programs - 355 bed Acute
Care Hospital with an Xi DaVinci Robot - Employed with salary &
benefits - Core faculty positions and academic appointments
available Compensation Details - Employed model with 2 year income
guarantee. $525-550k annual base and higher earning potential with
this busy practice opportunity. - 100% Health Insurance coverage
