8-hour day shifts one weekend shift per contract required - 1:1
patient ratio up to 6 patients per day - Home health setting - EMR:
EPIC - Oasis experience preferred but not required - Free parking
provided service area within 50-mile radius - Will consider
candidates without prior home health experience - Guaranteed hours
with maximum one shift reduction per pay period - We provide
complimentary housing and travel - We arrange and cover costs for
licensing and malpractice - We simplify the credentialing and
privileging process - We provide first-day medical insurance and

week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of
$23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for
meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on
