The Crox Group is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Napa, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 9 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Summary: We are seeking an experienced OR Tech / Surgical Tech for a 9-week travel contract. Candidates must have strong cardiovascular and neuro surgical experience. This role supports a busy surgical unit with a variety of procedures and will require flexibility with floating and on-call assignments. Responsibilities: Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses. Prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment, and help with prepping patients. Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures. Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently and accurately. Support heart and neuro surgery cases, with potential to float to similar units. Comply with infection control and safety procedures. Key Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting. Heart and neuro surgical experience is required. First-time travelers are accepted. License & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required California Surgical Tech license – Active and in hand Skills: Proficiency in cardiovascular and neurological surgical support Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with EPIC charting system Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity environments About The Crox Group A firm commitment towards bringing an impactful change in business domains enables us to explore and innovate continuously.
