Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California.

As a Case Management RN, you'll develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans. You'll work with patients one-on-one to manage their care appropriately and affordably. Case Managers are important liaison, and you'll serve as a link between patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Case Management
