• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, No call
• BLS required and bilingual in Spanish highly preferred but not required
• 16 - 21 patients per day, 18 yrs & older
• Standard primary care procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
