With approximately 1500 procedures performed annually, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of surgical services in our community.As the Surgical Services Director, you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with various departments including the OR, PACU, Central Sterile, Scheduling, and Nurse Navigation. Reporting to our fantastic Chief Nursing Officer, you will have the opportunity to bring your organizational and leadership skills to the forefront, streamlining processes and fostering a culture of excellence.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and previous experience in OR leadership, demonstrating a strong ability to optimize operations for maximum efficiency. While experience with California nursing is preferred, it is not required. We also value CNOR certification as it showcases your commitment to professional growth and expertise.In addition to the rewarding nature of the role, we offer a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $195,000 annually, depending on experience.
