REQUIREMENTS
CA- RN - license in good standing
2 years of current Home Health experience
BLS current
Must have 2 year + of Oasis experience
2- Current- clinical references
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to past a back ground screening
Must be able to past urine drug testing
