Summary:
Responsible for coordinating planned care with available staff, implementing the plan, and evaluating the care delivered to assigned patients. Responsible for the direction, assignment, coordination, evaluation and supervision of patient care on a specified unit. Identifies and solves patient related problems. Contributes to self-development and unit leadership by teaching and supervising co-workers. Performs all work under minimal supervision.

Experience:
1 year Emergency Department nursing required

Education:
Associates of Nursing required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
Masters Degree a plus

Certifications - Licensure:
Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Emergency Services, 701000:
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS or ENPC certification
Current TNCC or ATCN certification
ACLS and-or PALS and-or NRP certification preferred

Special Skills:
Must be able to utilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations.
Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities.
Personal computer skills required.
Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
