QUALIFICATIONS Education & ExperienceCurrent LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
license with the California Board of Behavioral SciencesExperience
providing community based individualized support and services to
familiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSManager SpecificAssists the Program
Director in maximizing the effectiveness of services provided to
youth and their familiesManages the day-to-day operations of the
assigned programs through effective leadership, providing an
ongoing assessment of the programs, reporting to the Director any
deficiencies and plans of correctionResponsible for meeting all
outcomes as documented in their Employee Development PlanTakes
active role in recruitment, hiring, development, evaluation, and
termination of staffIn coordination with Human Resources, develops
a plan for the orientation, development, and ongoing training of
staffProvides leadership, direct supervision, training, and support
to team members including: regular one-to-one consultation
meetings, regular assessment of performance, and routine provision
of feedback as it pertains to job performance, professional
development, and program and agency job specific
expectationsReviews and approves all documentation prepared by the
program staffEnsures documentation is compliant with regulatory and
contractual requirements for all assigned programsEnsures the
provision of services to our clients with appropriate regard to
their physical and mental well-beingReviews complaints generated by
clients, their representatives, and/or other agents and develops
plans to address each complaint satisfactorilyParticipates in the
on-call rotation Position SpecificParticipates in Utilization
Review, Accreditation, County and State Audits as requested.Ensures
the provision of a wide array of family centered services to
consumers with appropriate regard to their physical and mental
well-beingTakes a lead role in the implementation of Evidence Based
Practice (EBP) models in the programsAgency SpecificPerforms all
duties in a manner consistent with the principles and values of
agency, while adhering to applicable professional codes of ethics,
the agency's policies and procedures, contractor requirements, and
regulatory requirements.Model and communicate appropriate positive
attitudes toward the agency's Mission, Vision, and ValuesWork
collaboratively with all agency programs and staff to provide
support as neededUtilize and maintain calendar with all
work-related details in order to manage time effectively and share
calendar information with coworkersParticipate in on-going training

at the Agency is terminable at-will, which means that employment
