Physical Therapist - Home Health Direct Location: Napa, CA Work Schedule: Part Time - 80 Biweekly Hours Shift: 8-hour, Day The physical therapist assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function, develops and updates the plan of care and provides treatment as ordered by the attending physician. Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Physical Therapy Or D.P.T. (Based on Graduation year). Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home Health experience.
  • 1 year Experience as a Physical Therapist.
