• Permanent position
• Monitor and review the clinical performance of health care professionals who provide behavioral health services
• Provide direct patient care, including call
• Assist in the creation and implementation of a Psychiatry quality measurement system
• Develop and implement growth strategies including attracting managed care business
• Cultivate and present programs marketing the department's services to enhance community relations
