The Nurse Manager Oncology will get the chance to be a part of a medical center dedicated to many different specialties.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Manager Orthopedics be a key leader in the clinical and administrative operations of this very busy service line. Receiving a a Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip replacements, the Manager will get a chance to be a part of an award-winning center. You will be responsible for fiscal management, staffing, and working collaboratively with other nurse leaders that an interdisciplinary approach to patient care is enforced. Clinically, you will oversee a 30+ bed unit and 80+ FTEs in their newly remodeled unit. Alongside you will be Pain Management Providers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Orthopedic Surgery Nurses, MedSurg RNs, and other support staff.
