About the Role:

A 50-bed acute care hospital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital improvements, equipment installations, and construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing both internal and outsourced construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution that meets all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, design, and construction management of assigned projects
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet objectives
Manage both internal and outsourced construction projects
Ensure compliance with jurisdictional agency regulations
Collaborate with the Chief of Support Services and Plant Operations Manager

Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience (healthcare preferred)
Design-build experience preferred
Construction Management Certification and/or Project Management Certification a plus
Strong knowledge of HCAI (OSHPD 1 & 3) healthcare construction preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$135K - $186K annual salary (DOE)
