the Director of Facilities, the Facilities Manager plans, develops
and coordinates the activities of the Plant Maintenance department.
Responsible for day-to-day department operations, assisting with
fiscal management, staff development and the continuous improvement
of activities within his/her area of responsibility.Providence

themRequired qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: NFPA 101 (National Fire Prevention
Association) training. NFPA 99 (Healthcare Code)
- Coursework/Training: 101 Cal OSHA training (must be completed
within 3 months or obtaining position).
- 3 years' Experience in an acute settingPreferred
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
education/experience
- Coursework/Training: Training in building Utility system
- CHFM, CFM, CPM or equivalent upon hire
- 5 years' Experience in Engineering or Facilities Services in
California acute care facility, including responsibilities for
compliance with the Joint Commission (TJC) Environment of Care
Standards for new and existing healthcare facilities.Why Join

- $81.90 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift
differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift
