minimal supervision, the New Product Development Associate Project
Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned new product and
product change initiatives through the entire NPD process and Life
Cycle Management system to meet Delicato's annual and long-term
strategic and financial goals. This position coordinates the
product development of packaging materials/elements for new brands,
product changes, Master Data governance projects and Agency Brand
integration and changes. The position also tracks projects from the
Development phase through archive status and contributes to company
culture of innovation and continuous improvement in order to evolve
the company's products to meet today's fast-moving business
environment.Under minimal supervision, the New Product Development
Associate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned

coordinates the product development of packaging materials/elements
for new brands, product changes, Master Data governance projects

-Functional Responsibility
- Manages the complex new product development process for all
business units for Delicato and Agency brands for the Development,
Final Artwork & Validation, Implementation, Launch, Measurement,
Archive and Discontinuation phases of life cycle management,
including project documentation. -
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure that the project
plan is adhered to and contains objectives, product material
definitions, financials, SAP configuration information, and
timelines
- Co-Facilitates weekly implementation call to review project
status and regular project meetings to communicate progress and
establish resolution of issues on all new product and product
change initiatives with a cross functional team
- Identifies potential risks, researches potential solutions, and
proposes a resolution in a timely manner to effect changes and
corrections when needed
- Maintains the Document of Record for accuracy and completion
across divisions and corporate programs for New Products Requests,
Change Orders and Engineering Change Orders once they have entered
the Implementation phase
- Provides proactive communication status to the customer and
other key stakeholders
- Tracks proofs and approvals from suppliers for packaging
materials related to active new product and packaging refresh
projects, from receipt, routing, approval and first production.
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure flow of approval meets
deadlines
- Influences others within cross functional team to prove high
level of quality and efficiency, keeping projects on time and
delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
- Supports efforts in cost and complexity reductions, suggests
alternative material components, suggests alternative material
components aligned with value engineering standards, identifies and
helps to minimize potential risks
- Conducts post-audit when projects are complete and scorecards
the results
- Advises and supports Supply Chain on best approaches to deliver
desired end-products
- Prepares ad-hoc analysis and tools to provide insight and drive
continuous improvement
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
adhering to all ISO requirements and records retention policy
- Reports and escalates unresolvable issues to management, as
needed*Other duties may be assigned
-Education and Experience
- 3+ years direct or related experience in product development,
project management or similar role experience necessary to perform
the essential dutiesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have excellent communication skills, demonstrated
supervisory skills, and proven problem-solving ability
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation and personal
responsibility, with the ability to work with cross-functional
teams
- Knowledge of MS Office suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
a plus
- Meticulous approach and polished delivery
- Ability to juggle multiple demands. Budget/cost conscious
- Problem solving/decision making
- Ability and desire to collaborate with coworkers across
multiple functional areas

- Occasionally may be required to lift and carry cases of

Disclaimer: This is a -Exempt -position. -The pay range for this
position is $63,105.12 -to $98,595.12.Actual placement within range
will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not
limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience,
internal equity and -alignment -with market data.Delicato Family
